  • Wyndham Bali Hai Villas available to FSP members

The Wyndham Bali Hai Villas is now showing up on Wyndham/Fairfield's website for booking for FSP members. There is no point chart yet to see how many points it will take to book.

It is listed as a Fairshare Plus Resort, not an affiliate or associate resort. Also, at this time, it indicates that there are "Very Limited # of Accommodations" available for booking. As defined in the Fairshare Plus directory, this means that there are 10 or fewer units available each week for FSP members to book.

Hopefully, there will be more units available in the future if Wyndham builds new units there.

      Reported update from FF owner

Today on the Yahoo FF group website, an experienced FF owner reported about attending an update at Bail Hai Villas. He reported that there are now 5 Pahio managed resorts in FF's system but that FF/Wyndham has just started sales. Unit availability to FF/Wyndham owners is going to be very limited until they can get owners at the 4 sold out resorts to convert to FSP points.

Apparently, the "Bail Hai Villas" is the only resort that is not built or sold out and appears to the be the current avenue for expansion. He reported the FF/Wyndham is putting in 2 and 3 BR presidential units.

The deal that he was offered was half of the "Fairfield standard pricing." He was quoted 500k FSP points for $40,500 and told that the price would rise monthly until July when they'd be full price. His opinion was that if someone is looking to buy retail FSP points, it's probably a pretty good price.
