Will WM give me 7K credits for my Red week?

I heard that, if I am a WM owner, I can give them my other Red, 1BR, weeks and they will give me an additional 7K credits each. This would be on a yearly basis. I would still own my weeks.

So, if I buy 6K credits & then pledge 2 red, 1BR, weeks to them I'll have 20K credits for this year. Yes? No?
