    Why not use the power of a group.Individually we may have difficulty but one may not.

    If you would like a search please start a thread so others can help.

    Not a perfect answer but maybe something workable until FF understands this internet thing.

      Thank you for the offer. You are right that the group has more power than individuals. For me the real problem with the reservations side of the site not working very well is that I like many others like to just search around in spare time and see if something strikes my fancy. If I have a particular place in mind I don't mind calling in but you can't really call in and say " Hey, just look around for me and let me know what is available".
      Anyway, like I said I have had very good luck with Fairfield in general but find their lack of ability to fix a relatively simple problem that most other businesses (even small ones) seem to be able to handle, very frustrating.

        The website never seems to work well anymore, plus it is not updated as often as it was.

        We are going to FF Daytona, so I decided to check out the activities page, well they still have November/December activities listed. I sent an email to FF, but never received a reply!

          I wouldn't count on the website issues being resolved any time soon. It's clearly pointed out on the home page that we will be experiencing issues for the rest of the year. I tried to point out my frustration during an owner update meeting, and their solution was for me to call a VC to get what I wanted.....very high tech!
