Construction Impact at Bonnet Creek

My wife and I will be going to Bonnet Creek at the end of April. We just received a "welcome" letter from Wyndham that pointed out limited availibility of some amenities due to construction and the possibility of noise. I was wondering if those of you that have been there recently could let me know which units are preferable to minimize the impact of construction. If it makes a difference we have a one bedroom delux reserved.

Been going there ever since it was just turned dirt (my sales tour). No problems.

We took a look at it in December. (You access it via Disney property, the only way to get there. )

The construction is Massive with a capital Mass. Another huge mid-to-high-rise going up. But, as you look at it from the entrance, all that is over to the left and back, so it does not impact the other facilities, except for visual pollution, and maybe some noise pollution.

But, what is Orlando without Noise and Visual Pollution? (Ans: Just Florida wasteland)

However, the construction entrance is on passed the resort entrance on the little looks-like-Disney-road that goes back there from the Disney-road.
