Street Talk is reporting that Fairfield's attorneys in the longrunning lawsuit against Fairfield by the HOA's at Bluebeard's Castle in St. Thomas, USVI have threatened that Fairfield will file bankruptcy unless the HOA's accept Fairfield's latest settlement proposal. Fairfield is still refusing the HOA's request for mediaiton or arbitration.
