So we were supposed to be purchasing an Angelfire 154,000 points package, but Angelfire won't let the seller sell it to me. They bought the deed back at Angelfire, which stopped the transfer of points. The seller didn't care about my interests in it, but at least I am getting a refund. OH WELL!
But the real problem is that Wyndham calls me regularly lately because we bought 287,000 at Kingsgate and they are now wondering why I haven't paid on the PAHIO weeks we were going to convert with our purchase. Remember those points? They were the points that were getting us to VIP Platinum. Wyndham says that we need to pay in arrears, back to June 1st, for our PAHIO weeks, and they say we owe all this money.
Well, I would love to own 1.5 million points, and that is what they say we own, and I would love to be VIP Platinum, which is what Jeremy told me were are! But we really aren't Platinum. He insists we have all of these points and he has researched it. He says we need to pay our fees. Rick says to go ahead and pay the fees monthly, give them our check information, and not say a thing. You know what? I cannot do it! What if they catch on and charge us some ridiculous amount of money for using points that don't belong to us? Plus, it just isn't ethical to take something that doesn't belong to us.
