I guess this is the reason why Wyndham no longer lets us deposit weeks from our home resort into RCI during the ARP period. Ostensibly, it was to keep the most desirable weeks available to the owners for exchange, but looks like it was really so that they could reserve the option to rent.

Is this exclusively a timeshare resort or does it have some regular hotel space? The dates it's offered end before peak beach travel and it says that it's subject to black-out dates. Just trying to understand if this will be likely to be available in the long run or if it's just there now because they have so much developer inventory that they'd like to fill with potential sales pitch guests.
