Rescinding Question

First of all i want to thank everyone for thier help with my new purchase. I recently purchased 127000 points through windam I put down 2000 and used 7000 in equity from my previous points. If I rescind do i get that down payment back and keep my 84000 previous points. So confused and frustrated, should I get a lawyer to look at this?

If you are within the 7 day rescind period you will be returned to your previous status IF you follow the rescind instructions exactly. Don't use the wrong type of delivery (if it says registered use registered NOT UPS) and get it postmarked within the 7 days.

Buying developer (retail) priced points at Wyndham is NEVER a good deal IMO. You will lose 80-95% of your purchase price on the day after your rescind rights expire. Rescind now.
