Reservation made for me by the seller

I am still in the process of closing and due to possible delays asked the seller to make a reservation for me. Couple of questions.

One, is there any confirmation that they can forward from Wyndham to prove this?

Also, once the closing goes through, do I have to call Wyndham to transfer the reservation to my name or would the reservation transfer over once Wyndham processes the transfer?

Yes, Wyndham does send out confirmation.

Depends on how the seller want to do it. Very likely, the cnfirmation will be in your name. However, thatmeans the seller will need to get a GC for you, that will be extra cost, so you will need to talk to the seller to see what they plan to do. My suggestion is to get GC even if you have to pay it, will make life much simple. But I never get to this kind of situation.

Lo and behold a confirmation arrived today in the mail for the reservation I requested. Its in my name. The seller recommended that I call Wyndham after the sale closes, but it looks like they are doing a good job right now.
