Deed Tax Instructions
I noticed on my new deed for a resale it says send the tax notices to me at my address and on another deed (my original resale purchase) it says send it all to Wyndham. Do you think this will become a problem? Wyndham handles everything....will the county just know that? Or should I get the deed fixed?

Don't know if CA's TS has the silimar regulation as FL or not. But for FL, I believe the tax assesment is sent to the resort, and let resort take the expense to notify each owner.
