We are waiting to get our information from a resale wyndham purchase, and I am wondering if any Wyndham owners out there might be so kind as to check and see if there is any availability for Puerto Rico this December at this one:

Can someone also tell me the points required for a 7 night stay in a studio for this property?

Not sure where your link was to but the only Wyn in Puerto Rico is the Rio Mar Beach Resort. The only units available are hotel rooms. For weeks 46-52, the cost for one week is 329,000 FSP points, or 47,000 per day.

It looks like there is availability for a 7 day stay with check ins from 12/1 to 12/19 and from 12/31 to 1/8/09.

That's over $300 a day, is the resort really worth that for a hotel room?
