Housekeeping Credits.... value?

My second Wyndham ownership is finally in my account. It is listed as seen below..... And I get the full 203K points on 10/1/08.
I understand I can use or deposit into II the remaining 80,500 points...is there any 'value' to the extra housekeeping points?

There is, because non-VIPs have to rent them if they run short. Some VCs insist you must transfer points with HK credits, others are able to transfer them. I've seen people give them away, up to asking $0.50/per for them, if memory serves.

I believe Wyndham is charging 1.5 per credit now. And it will cost you a free transaction (could be wrong, since I don't transfer out).
