I want to CANCEL.....HELP!!!

My husband and I want to cancel our contract. Unfortunately, I think it may be too late. We bought it about a month ago. We had great intentions to keep it, but the more we looked at our budget we realized we can't afford it!!!! We haven't made our first payment yet. What kind of advice can you give us????? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One month is too late.

But, call and write to their title line, and prepare a tough call. Just tell them you want to cancel the contract. Sometimes they may let you off the hook, sometime they may not.

And if you have the payment go through bank or credit card, make sure you have it stopped.

I'm sorry to hear that. At this point, you should read more about how to use it and try to make the best of it. You can get many years of wonderful memories if you utilize it

There has been a recent report either here or there that said that they had had success canceling with Wyndham, Wyndham released them but kept all the down.
