About 200 people were laid off from Wyndham's timeshare division. Sales, marketing directors, various department managers, and financial analysts were let go.
Looks like they are taking the Marriott example and restructuring to reduce costs by eliminating mid-to high-level salaries, and further reducing sales until the financial markets can stabilize.
