Just a heads up if you weren't already aware.. These changes could cause a delay on any closings that are currently in process. I recommend you check with your escrow or closing agent for a status and to ensure they are aware of this change.
Wyndham is now charging estoppels fees for all ownership types..
Points owners are required to prepay a $25. fee.
Weeks owners are required to prepay a $75. fee.
Worldmark already requires the entire transfer fee of $150. be prepaid, so that program hasn't been effected.
These fees must be paid before an account verification or estoppels can be released to the closing agent and these fees are non-refundable if the sale cancels.
