There seem to be numerous new job postings looking for sales agents for Wyndham's Presidential Reserve program.
Do you think this might finally become a reality?
Basically- the program would create a new type of ownership level at a select number of resorts such as Bonnet Creek, Grand Desert, etc. that would have a new set of rules and privileges, including developer right of first refusal.
Maybe it's just me but this sounds suspiciously like the current million pt plus privileges with the ROFR process thrown in... By constantly reducing current Fairshare privileges- could they simply be setting up another ownership upgrade opportunity?
Remember, most of the corporate CFO's have admitted that new sales have dropped dramatically, so resorts need to focus on monetizing their current owner base. Another reinvention of the wheel could accomplish this, and I'm willing to bet many current members would shell out the cash!
