Per Wyndham, ownerships at this resort are all considered non-deeded ownerships in perpetuity that only require an internal transfer and assignment.. However- a seller recently sent me a copy of his original quartershare deed from Jiminy Peak.
When the Condo Association was terminated in 2004, did that automatically vacate these ownerships so Wyndham would be correct that a new deed wouldn't be needed.
I've left a message for an attorney on this issue, but wanted to see if anyone here has dealt with this in the past as well.
