Sorry, for most Wyndham owners, those are common knowledge except for the Club Wyndham variants, which I spelled out in first use.

          OWNER education Evaluation

We are to attend one of these in two days. We've been there before.
Always the same old thing of trying to get us to combine some of what we have and tack on more points.

This is to make us MORE happy with our usability. It may only cost $12000 to 24000 to do so.

From their form, they are to cover:

          "Count on Me"

What do you know about RCI rebranding?

          Introducing our New Brands
          - Club Wyndham Plus
          - Club Wyndham Select
          - Club Wyndham Access
          - Club Wyndham plus
          - Club Wyndham Presidential Reserve

          Wyndham Perks

          Wyndham by Request

          What is Wyndham Guaranteed Access

Wyndham Hotels for Club Wyndham Plus
          ---------------------------------------------------------------

Anyway, I don't intend to put out any more money. PERIOD!

I fear that once we attend and certain "oportunities" are offered, that we will be left OUT of certain programs if we opt out.

I know a history is retained on our account. Wyndham and RCI know what moves we make and what has been offered and what we turn down.

          We are VIP with 371K.

I would like to know about what is GOOD and what in NO GOOD.
I tried to get on Wyndham Owner site, but I seem to be locked out.

I'll check back here in a couple hours to see if I have replies.
          ---------------

If your points and VIP come from developer, than O.K. to attend. If not, some of the sales may have issue with that and will try to take it away.

They do have special offer and put it on your account. and They will offer again and again and again. Sometimes will be better. The purpose in theory is to alert them that you are waste of their money, so don't try to do update on you. But does not seems anyone care. The way sale goes, they will come with different incentive once for a while.

            Plus is what you have.

Select is the same as plus, expect they push only certain resort there, so if your point does not affliate with it, they can try to make you feel you are inferior.

Club Access is group few inventories from several resorts, so anyone buy in there will enjoy ARP on those units. Unless they publish the exact units for each resort, it does not have too many incentive. But it does makes people assume they can ARP on all units in those resorts.

President is group of President unit, you still have certain ARP on your own deeded president unit, but you also has some rights on the president units in that group (like make reservation earlier than other people, have some inventories keep in the pool for you), and you will be trade with RCI's higher version (suppose to be much high end). But you will need 1 M points and all deed in one resorts.

Just enjoy it. And just say no. It will not affect any of your life. And if later on, you really want to advance your level, you will always get some special.

ps. By the way, you don't have to attend unless you take their package. And the purpose of the package should be enjoy the food, entertainment, some light lies, than go home.

We'll attend for $75 on Wednesday. Weather is to be cool and rainy!!!!

I've wondered about that part of Wyndham allowing points to be used for hotel stays, Restaurants, flights, etc.

At the same time we don't wish to give up anything.
