Does anybody know who has the lowest maintenance fee of all the Wyndham points resorts? Thanks.

Wyndham Vacation Resort at Panama City. $2.85/K. MF are always lower at resorts where they are actively selling. Sales dept keeps the MF low as a selling point. Florida also has a yearly tax.

The next lowest is Bali Hai at $2.87

Wyndham South Shore, Lake Tahoe has low MF also. No active sales.

The Wyndham vacation resort in San Francisco has very low maintenance fees, and the great thing about it it's their flagship for their Avenue collection.

It's approximately $2.96 a thousand.

The problem with Wyndham San Francisco is considering that they do not open until July 3rd, you probably will not find too many resale contracts, yet.
