I just wanted to thank everyone who answered all my silly questions about Wyndham.

Got a biennial 168K points La Cascada in San Antonio on ebay. Probably overpaid at $497 plus closing costs but I didn't want to bid on it and I'd been watching a few for a while and I love San Antonio. I figure with the lower maintenance fees, only $33 a month I end up ahead in the end even if I overpaid up front.
Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know how grateful I am.
Especially Brian, Pat, Marge, Bocabum and all of the nice people on this board.

Now time to find a good deal on a Marriott.
