  • PIC question?

I was reading the Wyndham manual and wanted to know more about the PIC program.

Is it worth using this and can you do this if you buy resale?

I've got 3 weeks that I might want to give to Wyndham if it makes sense. I've got a unit that I convert to RCI points but thinking it might be better to convert them to Wyndham instead. It's a 2-2 bedrooms RCI affiliate resort at Enchanted Isle and also have a 1 bedroom Ft. Laud beach that I might deposit if it makes sense. I pay $450 for the MF on EI and $700 on FLBR. Would this work and would it save on exchange fees? Does it make sense considering the maintenance fees I am paying?

    Thanks.

You have to buy retail. PIC only happens at the time you buy from developer. And now the max is 2 weeks.

So, at this moment, it is not good deal.

Better use RCI point RTU program, then you can use PFD and deposit your week. You pay when you want make deposit only in exchange of points. But PFD usually because they can get good MF/point ratio. usually that need big unit and cheap MF since they are looking at region first.

        RTU program see this
http://www.timeshareforums.com/forum...ory-again.html. Don't knowif they still have any inventory for this year.

PFD point for deposit, if you are RCI pointprogram owner, RCI allows you to deposit your fix week in exchange for RCI points. You can see this http://www.timeshareforums.com/forum...-pfd-grid.html to get an idea how many points you will get ifyou deposit your week. It will cost money to make such deposit, you can do some search on RCI forum for PFD.
