      Candidate Information

Following is the resume I submitted with the nomination notice for the Board of Directors position.

      Candidate Information Sheet

Name: Dale W. Sall Address: 1002 Tilden Street, Holdrege, NE 68949
      Email: dalesall@msn.com Telephone: 308-995-6250 cell: 308-991-1023

My wife and I have been Fairfield/Wyndham Owners since 2001. Currently we have 1,117,000 points at Panama City, FL.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln.

I practiced Civil Engineering & Land Surveying in the public and private sector for 42 years and retired in 2008.

      I am a member of:
      1. PSAN (Professional Surveyors Association of Nebraska) and served as secretary and treasurer in years past
      2. ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) in which I was just made a Fellow Member
      3. NSPE (National Society of Professional Engineers) and served as State President, Secretary and Vice President
      4. NCEES (National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying) as a State Board Member for 29 years and served on the National Board of Directors as Treasurer, President Elect, President and Past President

I have three sons located in San Francisco, Philadelphia and Chicago. I have four grand-daughters, two in Philly and two in SF and expecting a new one in Philly in January. My wife and I love travel and to see our children and grandchildren. We try to spend at least part of the winter in the south and away from the Nebraska winter.

My goals for the resort are to keep it top of the line as far as structure and amenities and a location people want to come to as often as possible. In conjunction with that, I want to see the operation be as efficient as possible and to keep maintenance fees reasonable for the type of facility that we have.

I would like to serve on the Board of Directors as I feel I now have time to share my talents and feel that my experiences as a business owner and serving on the Board of Directors of NCEES which has a budget of $30,000,000 is great experience to serve on the Resort Board.
