This is an every other year membership, (even years) weeks 1, 6-17 and 48-52 that includes Presidents Day, Spring Break, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holiday weeks.
This also includes bonus time @ $60 per night and discounted golf. The mf is $342 per year which is equal to $684 per week used. The resort has recently been renovated.
