Stonebridge Village Condominiums, fka Escapes! to StoneBridge Village, 10 & 17, 2 bedroom/2bath, 1200 sq ft. 2014 fees $650. Ownership includes year-round amenity rights at StoneBridge Village, including LedgeStone Country Club Golf Course. Branson, MO area. RCI TPUs: Getting error message online, but like 15 or 17.

These are dual affiliated resorts which makes it nice for having access to both exchange companies with one Maintenance Fee bill.

Silver Creek also trades in II - Weeks 10 & 11 have the highest II demand so should do well there as well since RCI isn't giving these the value they probably deserve.
Week 30 also has pretty good II demand.
