Your unit number will be assigned to you upon your check in. This is RCI resort number 6389, and has earned and has been awarded RCI's Top Rating of a GOLD Crown Resort for the year of 2014. This is a tri annual ownership and Included is 43,000 FREE RCI POINTS. This is a RCI POINTS ownership that gets 43,000 RCI Points every three years. AT NO EXTRA CHARGE included with the sale of this ownership that has very flexible floating RCI POINTS usage with this ownership. RCI charges 2 cents per point if you were renting points from them. These FREE 43,000 RCI points have a value of $860.
The maintenance Fees for the 3 years are paid in full through December 31, 2016 and when the new maintenance are paid on or before January 31, 2017 they will then be paid through December 31, 2019. The new maintenance fee amount for 2014 through December 31, 2016 was $684 for the 3 years or only $228. per year.
