Free Wyndham Timeshares

I have three timeshares available:
Star Island 128,00 points fee is $746.24 a year.
Cypress Palms 105,000 points fee is $673.05 a year.
Branson 105,000 points, fee is $654.15 a year.

You pay the fee to transfer and Wyndham's fee. I have deeds in hand.

How much is the transfer fees and Wyndham fees for each?

Wyndham now charges $299 transfer fee on top of any closing fees.

I do not know if someone took all three contracts if it would be one fee of $299 or three fees total $897.

It would be three fees. I inquired a couple years ago when I was getting two contracts, and asked owner care what the fee would be if someone took both of them.

minnie482, have you looked in to Wyndham's Ovation program? They might take them back from you.
