Renting out my Virginia Beach ocean front timeshare condo for $850.00 for the week of Saturday, June 28 - Saturday, July 5, 2014. The Beach Quarters is located at 501 Atlantic Avenue. The unit, number 1101, has a balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo can sleep six, although it is more comfortable with four. There is one bedroom with two double beds and a pull out sofa in the living room. A kitchenette contains oven/stove, microwave and refrigerator. There is a roof top pool with a bar and grill, roof top tennis court and shuffle board, as well as a ground level indoor pool for your use. There is a game room for kids that provides activities everyday. Laundry facilities and vending machines are on site. Parking is free for one vehicle in the parking garage. Beach Quarters is right on the boardwalk.
Check-in is 4:00 P.M. and check-out is 10:00 A.M. Catch the last day of the Latin Fest on June 28th, and watch the fireworks on July 4th. Rooms have been renovated in the last 2 years. No pets. Responsible adults only.
