Just to clarify, this is. 2 nights for $650 + $85?? $735 for only 2 nights? The Marriott Marquis is. $299 per night and the east side marriott $224.
You might want to rethink your pricing for this rental.

Good advice, in fact my uncle had gotten a deal at $199 a night at the Marquis
