MAJOR UPGRADES and updates were finished the fall of 2011 providing more enjoyment and increasing ownership worth and enjoyment value.
One upgrade in 2011 was the changing from septic to hooking up to city sewer.

In late 2011 we got all new
flooring in all 18 units. Beautiful porcelain tile was installed on the
entire first floor and wonderful new high quality carpeting on the stairs and
second floor. The average cost per unit to remove the existing tile and carpet and
install new was $9223 per condo and was paid for in full with no special accessment needed.
