If interested let me know ASAP. I have it on Craigslist and have lots of inquiries but no one willing to commit. I will be depositing it with the resort rental pool if I don't have a confirmed rental by Tuesday.
The resort has a new owner who is doing a multi-million dollar refurb. The unit itself has only had minor upgrades and is not scheduled for a full refurb until next year but the Spa and many of the common areas have already been remodeled and updated.

Some activities/amenities are not available for children under 16
Children under 18 are not permitted to use the spa
There are approximately 46 steps that lead down to the beach. The resort offers transportation down to the beach if needed
The resort itself has 4 levels with no elevator
All unit assignments are final, resort will not be able to do unit upgrades or changes
Units do not offer kitchens, but they offer a mini fridge and a coffee maker.
(Partial) Ocean View Suite (maximum occupancy 4) with 1 bathroom, 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa.
This rental is for an ocean view unit; it is across the parking lot from the beach. It is in the Promenade Building. The unit number is 581 This is a first floor unit.
In addition to the rental fee there is a $15 per day resort fee (for 2) payable to the resort ($45 for 3 nights). The resort fee would be an additional $15 for each person above 2- so $90 for 3 persons and $135 for 4 persons.
Parking is limited to one space per unit reserved.
