It's Capital Resorts. They bought out the developer interest of Grand Crowne/Surrey Vacation Club in Branson and have been adding a few quirky properties here and there. They have a 6 unit place in Kennebunk and just opened a resort in Edenton NC in lowland (not ocean area) country. It was some other developers failed condo resort plan and currently has 9 units with room for cottages and deluxe waterfront rv pads each with built in grills and hot tubs in the eventual future.

They have great last minute deals but the full price advance bookings are pricey. I know they will eventually have enough savvy members that the last minute deals won't last but taking advantage of it while I can.

My normal summer rental fee for a Sun-Thurs stay is $540 but if anyone rents through this site in the next 2 weeks (June 16), I will drop the price to $420

Beautiful town base for exploring Coastal Maine.

Small boutique hotel apartment in the heart of a traditional New England town. Located in Kennebunk, close to all that Coastal Maine has to offer. Walking distance to shopping, pubs, restaurants, bakery, and other stores. Upscale and intimate. Modern kitchen and washer / dryer in unit. Free parking available. Beach parking pass included. The beach is about 4 miles away but can take 10 minutes -40 minutes to get to depending on the summer traffic.

I have reserved a few rental periods this year. These are in a 1 BR/1 BA which sleeps 2 privately and 4 total including a queen sleep sofa. The 1 BR unit does have a full kitchen. Although there is no pool and no onsite activities, there are many off site activities to enjoy in the area during the summer.
