We use this week nearly every year and find it to be perfection. Two bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, 2 sofa beds - sleeps 8), 2 bath, fully stocked kitchen, 3 televisions, balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the views. The ocean side units offer ocean views, and are in the closest building to the beach. I'm happy to provide a list of restaurants and activities. We love it here! Rent - $3500 for the week.
