Ah You guys beat me to the welcome. Yes that is Craig. He has always been a member here under a different name but was unable to post on the II forum because of a sorta Gag order. I had remained friends with Craig and used to send him jokes as I do with many of you. His name came up in a thread and I emailed it to him. I asked if he is able to help us in the II forum. I have been trying for 6 months to get a II rep here with no luck. He will help out to some degree but there are many limitations on what he can post. It is Great to see his name back on these boards!

Can I be the first to ask you a question? We own at Sedona Springs (2 bd) which is a gold crown with RCI, accepted by SFX but not a 5 star with II. Any idea why?

I have to be really careful about answering questions specifically related to my former employer. Having said that, if I were you, my first step would be to contact the developer/HOA to determine if they asked for the status.
