Does II mail out copies of the information and the Guest Certificates? I place an order today for one and they didn't ask for an email address.

I sent some friends to Hawaii before Christmas with a GC. II mailed it to me 2 weeks after checkin which was a Big Help??**!!
It would have been nice had they emailed me a copy which I could have given to my friends.Bill -
In the past, I've called the resort directly just to make that they had been given the correct info by II, and that everything was in order.Angela

They will not automatically email one to you; hard copy is automatic. You have a wait a couple days after you've confirmed the reservation and call back to request one. The guide will say that you need to wait a week but I never have.Comment
