Over a week ago I booked what I thought was a 6-night Short Stay (on the internet). Yesterday I received my confirmation certificate and it showed only 3 nights. I don't know if it was my mistake or theirs, but I tend to think the latter because I definitely needed 6 nights. I called and the first rep said that all Short Stays are final, no changes allowed; her supervisor said the same thing and then I was given an answering machine for the next level. I called back a little later and the rep put me on hold awhile, then said she couldn't do anything until this morning and would call me back. And guess what--she did! And better yet, she canceled the first Short Stay and booked another one for 6 nights! I was very surprised and thrilled. I wonder whether others have complained of the same thing happening.
