More clarification please

I'm a new member. I was looking for info on the short exchanges at II. I booked a short exchange for June with my Puerta Vallart week. I have a studio and I booked for a 1-bedroom. It was easy online. I booked for 5 days. Now I would like to exchange the rest of that time for a few days in Tahoe in July, but when I go online to do another short exchange I don't see that week listed anymore. I tried calling II, but she told me if I pulled it up, it would be there. It's not. Now I hear you saying, I think, that I should call and speak to an exchange booking person. Right? Now, do I understand correctly that on the 2nd exchange I have to book it before I take the first trip? (I'm just going to Orlando for a nursing conference and it was cheaper than staying in the pricey Loew's Disney World Hotel where the conference is). Also, can I only get my other 2 days, or can I get longer? Also, am I hearing that for the 2nd exchange I can only be in a studio since that is what I own? I have always exchanged for 1 and 2 bedroom places, and even 3. Never exchange for a studio, but, is that the rule? When I had them on the phone, they really didn't seem to know what the heck they were doing with these short exchanges. Maybe I'll do as someone else suggested and call back to get another representative. Thanks for any input
