Thanks for posting these! For my Waiohai week, I got the one in the mail to deposit a Dec16-Jan5 week (EXTRAWEEK), but I never got the other one in the mail for the Apr-Jun deposits. I could tell I was supposed to get it because when I played with some dates I did get the box code. BONUSCERT also worked for me!

BTW My IPV blue week and white week got me the westin princeville this year - I was impressed
