My unit dissapeared from II

I noticed when I check "my units" in II that one of my resorts has completely disappeared. I called II and of course the rep couldn't give me a reason and said not to worry. When I am ready to deposit they will add it and then I will see it is back. I can't search with it now - so I am thinking another call to II is needed.

This happen to anyone else?

You don't say what resort you own. I know some resorts switch out of II to RCI or visa versa. You don't say that you contacted your resort. Are you saying that you deposited your week into II and you don't see it now, or are you saying that you don't see your resort on II's list of resorts that they associate with. A little more information from you will greatly improve whatever assistance the membership can respond with. The folks here are wonderful and greatly appreciated with their help! garyd210

I had this happen once a few years ago. I called II and the rep said it would reappear next year.

I have several resorts listed on my account at II and most allow deposits for reservations booked up to 24 months in advance as long as MF have been paid. They are shown with the year of use so some show 2 listings. I do have 1 timeshare that only allows reservations to be made at the 12 month mark. When this unit has been successfully exchanged at II it no longer appears in the list of "my units" until the next year. If you have already exchanged your timeshare this year that may be why it is no longer showing.

The unit is Coconut Palms Beach II float week.

For years when I look at "my units" it is there. I was seeing CPB 2010, 2011, 2012 sitting there....with a made up week that they assigned to me. I haven't deposited the week yet. But, II knows I have it and I search with it prior to depositing.

Now when I look at my units it just shows the other resorts I own. Not this one. The rep said since it typically assigns me a May week - it should be showing. (whatever that means)

I check their resort listing online to ensure it still is an II resort - it is there. So, I assume they are still affiliated with II and didn't make a switch to II.

The rep said she can see that I own it....no worries. When I make my 2011 reservation, just call them to deposit and it will again show up?????

Since I prefer to search with my weeks before I deposit, I would want to see the ownership there. All I can think of is that u have already deposited and used 2010 and 2011 and it is too early for 2012?
If u don't see May 2012 in a few weeks I would call again.

My Bluebeards BeachClub has never showed years ahead - right now I only see Jan 2011 - but all other units show out to 2012.

I have deposited and used 2010. Not 2011 - which is the one I would expect to see. Actually I would even expect to see 2012 since I own a floater. Guess I will call again! Thanks
