I have a getway certificate in my account, according the rep - can't see it online. When I emailed them to fine out what it was - one rep said it was an AC, this is what I received.
"To redeem a getaway certificate (xxxxxxx), you need to contact the Service Center directly at
800-252-5121."
What is a getaway certificate, what are the parameters, what does it cost, etc.?
