Since II won't give me an AC for my prime summer week, and there is an exchange I'd like before my reserved checkin date, I've decided to try "request first." Does anyone know if I will still have 24 hours to cancel a "request first" exact match?

We have always done request first, if we used II but we haven't done many.
They will call you at dinner time and ask if you will consider this or that and we say no thank you.
Last year, the exchange was almost instantly. I guess, it depends what you are asking for. It seems to work a lot faster if the developer is still selling at the resort.
Make sure to check your SPAM box too at least once a day as that's where our email landed last year. They no longer call.Comment
