I have a family trip planned for arrival this Friday.
One of the groups isn't going to be able to check into their unit until Sunday. (friday check-in)
They asked that I check them in on Friday so we can put their groceries and such in the room for them.
Problem - the Guest Cert is in their name - not mine.
I can cancel the guest cert and put back in my name - wondering if II refunds the $49 fee???
Also I assume resort has all info from II - would I just be screwing things up to change names now? Better to leave alone?
