Was II Upgrade Done By RCI?

I never had any problems with II web site in the past. Since the upgrade I have been getting error messages. I wonder it II had RCI program the new upgrade for them?

I only saw some sorely needed cosmetic differences, improving readability. Making you add your id and password again is just bad programming.
