Palm Spring Getaway Deals for June?

I am planning on picking up an Interval Getaway week for Palm Springs for the first week of June 2011. Hopefully at Marriott Shadow Ridge. Last year I remember seeing them available for that time sometime in the spring for around $250. What is available in the time frame is now around $600. When can I expect the prices to drop?

I assume that what you are saying is that a June, 2011 week cost $250 last Spring and now the same week costs $600. I would expect that prices will drop in the next few months. Early June is a very slow time in the Palm Springs area.

We live just an hour from Palm Springs and visit there frequently for 3-4 day getaways.
