What should I expect in FlexChange before Presidents week?

I have an AC with II that I would like to use in Orlando for Presidents week 2007. Orlando is not on the grid for Feb. so I would need to wait for the 60 day window for FlexChange. What are my changes of finding a one bedroom or larger for that week? I am limited to that week for school vacation. I have a week reserved with Marriott Reward Points (125,000) at MGV as a back-up, but I would rather not use my points that way. I could deposit my 2 bedroom Manor Club and trade for an Orlando unit, but then my AC would most likely go to wate.

We had friends looking this year for presidents week in Orlando, they found tons of great resorts for all the weeks of Feb except presidents week, where they found almost nothing.

Your AC will pull a great orlando resort in Feb but Presidents week is pretty high demand and much more difficult to get than the other Feb weeks.
