II renewal promotion code?

Hummm....I just got a mailing from interval. Don't really think this is a special. But here it goes:

My current membership.
Regular runs out on 4/19/13
Gold runs out on 07/02/11

They gave me the following to renew the gold:
I wasn't going to....but now that I think about it I have a week that I already used one short stay on. Would assume I need to keep the gold status to get the rest of the short stay for that week.

1 year $59

5 Years $236

2 for 1

I have a regular membership. Took me awhile to figure it out. Check 2 years on the regular membership and check none on the gold. Enter the code 2for11X at the top for promo code. than proceed. A screen should come up stating 50% of 2 year membership. then check that box and proceed.

This code is for REGULAR membership, not for Gold

I'm trying to use it for regular membership renewal but I saw that a few people had trouble showing up for the regular without the gold and I thought maybe it only worked for people who had gold (I don't).

When I log on I go to the account tab and click renew membership on the left. I click renew Interval, so it drops down and shows prices. I click on 2 years $178 and enter the promotion code 2FOR11X and click apply. It closes the interval box.

If I open the interval box, click on the 2 years for $178 and click continue and then enter the promotion code on the top and press apply, it doesn't do anything and still shows 2 years for $178. I tried every way I could think of in terms of sequence and every different versions of 2for11x 2FOR11x 2For11X etc. even 2FORIIX. I tried calling and the guide said that code was invalid.

I'm good through November as it is so I guess I should just sit tight for now.

Thanks to everyone for sharing codes. It's awesome. Hopefully one will come along that will work for me.

Not working for me - I will call tomorrow and see if they'll honor the promo code over the phone. I have a unit to deposit, sometimes that works as an incentive for the II rep.

On another note, I finally was able to book a XYZ 2 for 1 exchange last week.

Customer Service Response

I, too, am having problems getting the code to work. I called customer service about it and he tried and he said it didn't work for him either. He consulted his manager and they said that the code would only apply to the accounts who were provided the code.

I asked if there was any specials that were going on that can help me with the costs of renewing. Even after consulting his manager, he only offered the regular renewable rates available through II's site (and some free promo gadget like the ones you get in the renewal mailings).

Interval promotion code needed!!!

HELP!!!! Our II membership expires March 31. I've tried the code 2FOR11X without any success. Has anyone found something that works?? I don't understand why it works for some and not others.
