How do you find II resort ratings?

I'm new to II and I would like to know how to find out the resort rating in II. For example, RCI has their 'Gold Crown', 'Resort of Distinction', etc. Are there similar ratings for II resorts and how do you go about finding them?

II has only two kinds of resorts Plain and 5 star (5*).

The ratings are on the II website but may not be visable if the resort you own isn't a 5* resort.

If you own a 5* resort you can see other 5*s when you go into the resort directories or pull up resorts that match the search criteria.

If you don't own one you cannot see the ratings and I think you get a different paper directory as well.

Well, I own Bluegreen points, so I don't have one particular home resort. Also, when I look in the resort directory on teh website, I can see all the Disney and Marriott resorts (which I assume some have to be 5*). Can you tell me where exactly to look on the website? Or maybe a certain 5* resort to search for? (I've just joined II and don't have a paper directory or paperwork yet).

When you select the sub region that lists the resorts, a globe with 5 little stars above it should show on the right of the screen on a line with the resort that is 5*

If you call II, they will give the "customer satisfaction" rating, it's on a scale of 1-100, based on percentage of happy exchangers
