As of today's date, your membership file does not indicate eligibility to place an exchange request. Please review your relinquishment/deposit history and contact our Membership Services Department if your membership file requires revision.

So they finally figured out that I don't own this one II unit anymore. I thought they didn't check unless you deposited. I never told them and the new owner didn't either so did the resort do it?

Are they going to close my II account? I only use it for getaways but I've already paid up for a year.

Did the new owner register/join II? They possible picked it up that way. Or else u r just being paranoid
Maybe the reason u r not eligible to place an exchange request is because u do not have anything deposited. This could just be a ploy to try and get u to deposit.

Ahhhh. That must be it. You're so smart.
I know he hasn't registered the week yet cause he's going today to check in to the resort and he hasn't even set up his RCI account yet and I've been after him to do it since December.

This week he decides he wants to deposit it but I told him, "Dude you might as well use it at this point", so he's going with friends. Of course I'm invited too.

Did you try going through the steps to book a Getaway (except for pulling the trigger)? If the website lets you book Getaways then it's all good, right?

Yeah, it lets me do that. I paid for another year back in December so I should be good til December. We'll see then.

So today the nasty little message is gone and I see my old unit still available for exchange so it was some kind of trick to get me to deposit.

Hi Chris - I am missing 2 deposited weeks AND the confirmed reservation that I had with one of them. This kind of stuff drives me crazy!
