What are good weeks for trading?

I have a floating week and trying to find out when would be the most powerful time to get assigned. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

I think it is in this order...at least for RCI in So. Cal.

Summer Holiday - 4th of July.

Last week in June to third week in August....most schools still out.

Week 52 between Christmas and New Years....most schools out.

Spring Break and other holidays.
