24 hours to cancel with II? not open on sunday.

II booked a resort at 12:00pm on Saturday.
When I got back home and seen the resort, I called them to cancel but they were closed for the day. The message on the phone said they were open Monday through Saturday and I can't find a way to cancel on their site. I need to cancel within 24 hours. How do I fix this problem?

I fix the problem. I was using a old phone # for II.

Because they a re closed on Sunday, you would have until Monday to cancel.

Unlike RCI which is close of business, II sticks to the actual 24 hour rule.
However, since they are closed on sunday, you do have until Monday to cancel….I would not go over the 48 hour mark.\, I would call first thing Monday

Interval is open 10am-6pm on Sundays and holidays. It is RCI that isn't open on Sunday's these days.

Some say that if you reply to the confirmation email that you want to cancel (within the 24 hr period) that it will work as the cancellation.
