Online Cancellation of Pending Request

This will be the first time I've had to cancel an ongoing request. I may be missing something, but is there no way to cancel online or do I have to wait until tomorrow and call a representative?

Yup, you can't do it.....

If I don't have time to call, I usually change the request to something I won't get, say WEstin St John, and then call when I have time.
They will refund your search fee.
